THE -EN FAMILY!!!

We have been working with the -en family this week!!! The kids have been doing a great job! They complete the spin and color and then the reading passage!! The reading passages come with flash cards with the -en family words with and without pictures! I like using the flash cards in small group. I start with the cards with the pictures at the beginning of the week and then use the cards without pictures towards the end of the week! I also have them read each one on Seesaw! I love Seesaw! I just released the first animal in my Spanish Zoo animal set: THE TIGER!!! The kids did some of the activities today! They did a great job! I love these animal activities and the kids really like them too! I should have the rest of the zoo animals added by the end of the weekend! 

FIELD TRIP

Yesterday was our first field trip together! Don't know what I would do without these wonderful ladies!! 

NONSENSE WORD FLUENCY AND SEESAW

So....with EOY assessments approaching, I have been really hitting nonsense words hard! I wanted to share with y'all what I have been doing with nonsense words and Seesaw. If you haven't heard of Seesaw, you should try it!! The parents love it! The kids can record themselves and send it to the parents! My class records every single day!!

Back to nonsense words! Today we used my Bubble Gum Nonsense Words PowerPoint fluency slideshow, which is free in my TPT store. The students then completed the Bubble Gum Spin and Color Nonsense Word Edition. After they completed the spin and color they had to read it on Seesaw! They love reading and listening to themselves on Seesaw and the parents love it too!! Check out the pictures and click on any picture to take you to the download!!
